Piri Piri grilled chicken

1/4 cup dried piri piri pepper
1 large clove garlic
3/4 cup veg oil
2 tsp whisky, fresh lemon or red wine vin	
2 small chickens 1-1/2 lb

heat sauce to just boil, remove from heat, set aside

butterfly chicken halves
k salt
grill

cut each half into three or four pieces

liberally brush with piri piri

Serve with lettuce tomato and onion salad and french fries
